A complete bagging plant that fits in two containers

The most expensive constraint of a conventional bagging installation is not the machine: it is the civil works. Concrete foundations, structural steel, stairways, electrical infrastructure, months of construction and a permanent commitment of floor space.

The KSM-GN50 removes that constraint. The whole process is integrated into two stacked containers on wheels. You set it down on a level slab, connect power and product feed, and you produce the same day.

The upper container houses the bulk receiving hopper and the two (or four) net weighers with their fluidisation. The lower container holds the filling spouts, the FISCHBEIN sewing machine and the discharge conveyor. Operators work under cover, protected from sun, rain and dust.

Who this machine is for

It was designed for three specific situations we meet regularly among our Moroccan and African customers:

  • Seasonal sites. A fertiliser campaign lasts three months. Investing in a fixed plant for three months of activity makes no sense. The KSM-GN50 moves from site to site as campaigns follow each other.
  • Storage sites with no installation. You receive bulk in silos or in heaps and must pack it on the spot without building a complete bagging plant.
  • Temporary capacity boost. Your fixed line saturates at peak. The KSM-GN50 doubles capacity for the busy period, then returns to the depot.

It is also the fastest answer to an urgent requirement: where a fixed installation takes 6 to 9 months from study to start-up, the mobile station is operational in a few weeks.

Two to four stations: the real output lever

On a single-station bagger, output is limited by the operator's bag handling time, not by dosing speed. Multiplying weighing stations is therefore the most effective way to raise throughput.

In the 2-station configuration the KSM-GN50 reaches 1,000 bags per hour. While one operator hooks an empty bag on station A, station B is already weighing. In the 4-station configuration output doubles again.

Each station has its own net weigher, BREHM Z6 load cell and BAYKON BX30 Fill indicator: one station down for maintenance does not stop the plant.

Construction and transport

The station is built in AISI 304 stainless steel on all product-contact parts, making it suitable for corrosive fertilisers (urea, ammonium nitrate, sulphates) as well as food products. The container structure is anti-corrosion treated and painted.

Transport uses a standard container trailer. Unloading and positioning are done by forklift or crane. No foundation is required — a level concrete slab is enough.

Applications & industries

Typical applications for the mobile station.

Fertiliser campaigns

Bagging NPK, urea and ammonium nitrate close to production areas.

Ports & bulk discharge

Packing directly at the quay after vessel or rail discharge.

Logistics platforms

Bagging on demand from bulk stock without committing floor space.

Quarries & aggregates

Packing sands, graded gravels and minerals into 50 kg bags.

Animal feed

Bagging compound feed in 40 to 50 kg at farms or cooperatives.

African export projects

The preferred solution for remote sites with no heavy infrastructure.

Frequently asked questions

Is no foundation really required?

A level concrete slab able to carry the load is enough. We provide the load plan and footprint with the offer so you can check your existing slab.

How long does it take to move the station to another site?

One day to disconnect and load, transport time, then half a day to set down and reconnect. The station can produce the day after arrival.

Can it handle corrosive fertilisers such as urea?

Yes, that is its main use. All product-contact parts are AISI 304 stainless. For particularly aggressive products we offer a 316L version.

Can it run where there is no mains power?

Yes, from a generator set. We state the required power in the technical offer according to the number of stations.

Can it fill big bags?

A version with a big-bag filling station and lifting frame is available as an option, in addition to or replacing one of the bag stations.

What is the lead time for a complete station?

12 to 14 weeks of workshop manufacture in Casablanca including testing, then shipment.
